We have specialized tools, equipments and expertise to recover data due to all kinds of electrical or mechanical failure. All laboratory case will go through two phases of process.


Evaluation Phase

The evaluation process starts upon receiving of the storage media in our data recovery lab. In this phase, our team of engineers evaluates the media for types of failures in a cleanroom. Once our engineering team has determined the cause of the failure, a method is developed and executed to extract raw data from the storage device. This plan often includes temporary repairs in order to compose the media accessible or operational. If the media is operational, we will proceed right into phase two.

This phase of the evaluation process is critical to get it right on the first attempt as there may be only a single chance to extract the data from the storage device. An inexperienced technician or data recovery provider can render data unrecoverable.


Retrieval Phase

Once the raw data is extracted from the physical media, it needs to be re-assembled into an organized file and folder arrangement so that you will be able to access your files in the locations where they used to reside. A lab specialist examines the logical file system and performs an evaluation to determine what files are recoverable. We will use a variety of engineering methods to recover the data in your device. At the end of this phase of the evaluation, a list of recoverable files is compiled and provided to the customer. If there are damaged or unrecoverable files, this information will also be provided to the customer. The customer then has the opportunity to review the list of recoverable files and the current condition of the recovered data.
